Practice Manager – Sarah Kent

Sarah has worked in Paediatric administration for many years.  More recently, after looking after a busy and young family, she has taken over the position of practice manager, a role in which she takes great pride.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her young and excitable family

Sarah has been employed for her superior intellect, wit and ability to manage the idiosyncrasies and personalities of ten demanding paediatricians.

Administrative Staff


Sharon brings to Paediatrics Ballarat over 20 years’ experience in both Emergency Reception and Private Practice.

A busy mum to three lovely children, she enjoys spending her (limited) spare time with her family, and particularly enjoys attending theatrical performances and stage productions whenever possible! 

She is passionate about all aspects of children’s health and wellbeing and will go above and beyond to help you with your concerns or enquiries.


Kate works with us on a part time basis on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. She has many years of experience in reception and administration and brings with her a calm and compassionate nature.

She is extremely efficient and is very particular in anything that she does. In her spare time, Kate enjoys spending time with her dogs Bobby and Reggie and enjoys playing Netball for Lakers on a weekend.


A Wimmera girl born and bred, Morgan has spent her entire adult life working with children in a wide range of settings, form teacher’s aide to receptionist. She will be waiting to greet you with her warm smile and reassuring manner.

When she’s not in the clinic, Morgan enjoys having a leisurely run around the netball court as a laugh, and spending time with those close to her (especially her cat Beanie)


Jess has been a medical receptionist for the last 5 years otherwise bringing 10 years of customer service experience to the team.

She enjoys taking her greyhound Blue for walks or being outside with her horses.


Dayna has over 10 years of customer service experience with around 4 of those years being medical reception. She currently works with us Monday – Thursday and also attends Federation University where she is studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science with hopes of completing her master’s degree.

In her free time, Dayna enjoys spending time with her family and pets.
