- Epilepsy and paroxysmal disorders: Including seizures and other abnormal electrical activity in the brain.
- Neuromuscular disorders: Involving muscles and nerves.
- Cerebrovascular disease: Disorders related to blood vessels in the brain.
- Brain and spinal injury: Traumatic injuries affecting the nervous system. Infections of the brain and spinal cord: Such as meningitis or encephalitis. Brain and spinal tumours: Both benign and malignant growths.
- Neuroinflammatory disorders: Conditions involving inflammation of the nervous system.
