Megan Freeman

Megan completed her paediatric training at the Royal Children’s Hospital and the Mercy Hospital for Women. More recently she has been working with the Paediatric Infant and Perinatal Retrieval services as a retrieval Doctor for sick infants. Despite thoroughly enjoying her time there she is very excited to be returning to her home town of Ballarat.

She is passionate about all aspects of paediatric medicine, however, has particular interests in neonatal medicine, adolescent eating disorders and childhood adversity and mental health, and also provides outreach paediatric services to Stawell. On days off, Megan can be seen running the lake with her beloved dog Bruno!
